1. General PolicyDue to the nature of our services, which require time, expertise, and resource allocation, all payments made to ELEV8 Ventures are generally non-refundable. • Refunds may be considered in the following limited situations:
• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.
• Service Not Rendered: If a paid service was not initiated or delivered due to our actions or inability to perform.
• Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins): If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or onboarding fees.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of Mind: If you decide not to proceed after work has already begun.

4. Project Deposits & Retainers
• Deposits or retainers paid to secure services are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be applied as credit toward future services if a project is rescheduled within 60 days, at our discretion.
